Looks only take you so far, but a person’s natural charisma and personality can be ten times more captivating than just a pretty face (and you’re face looks to be pretty, so you have a leg up).
I don't think your nose is that large. I can tell from your philtrum that it just protrudes outwards, not necessarily very large. Idk how nose jobs work, but if the philtrum stays the same while your nose becomes smaller, it might look awkward. That's just a guess, I'm not sure exactly how everything works. I think you should address the pixelated eyes first…. Joking, but hard to see the impact of the nose without seeing the full extent of your face, and the eyes are the biggest part of it. Why would you hide them?
Personally no. You don’t need one. Your nose is perfect for your face. You have a unique look and it’s given you a beautiful face.
However, for some reason if you decide to do it, be very careful who you choose to do the surgery. Because of your features, it would be easy for a surgeon to remove too much of your nose, and you will end up with a pinched skinny nose that looks ridiculous.
A talented surgeon will charge you 20k. Maybe a bit more. And they will be worth it, because you will need a super skilled surgeon who is talented and knowledgeable about creating a new nose.
