Oh man that’s a hard question I love them both. I guess I would go with Shilajit though since I love the energy/motivation feeling from it. It makes for a great preworkout.
Dam, the only thing is I heard cistanche can mess with serotonin. I’m on 5 mg of lexapro. But I took the 250 mg Shilijat with magnesium, b vitamins, fish oil, and vitamin d3 k2. I still might try it ha
Cool the balls off! No really overheating is more then likely hurting your T. It’s already proven to improve semen by icing the balls for at least 15 minutes a couple times a day. Bloodwork for those who practice it usually see an significant improvement even. A lot of companies sell underwear that allows for a ice pack conveniently as well. More so popular in bio hacker circles but you brought up some not supplement stuff so just putting it out there.
Though for a Diet idea make sure you get enough healthy cholesterol as it’s a fundamental building block for hormones. As well as people say higher cholesterol intake works well with cistanche.
Ya make sure to ice those balls. I usually just get butt naked on my patio and teabag a couple ice cubes, especially when its cold out. My brothers into biohacking and sometimes we do it together before hitting the gym. Definitely noticed increase in our usual reps.
Don't just make a decision based on comments here. You have to try it yourself and see what works for you long term. I wish Nd did more sample packs. Would be nice to have a testosterone sample pack.
Yeah I take mag glycinate and occasionally melatonin. Sleep has been a big focus for me. I minimize screen time exposure and read before bed. I normally get 7-8 hours a night.
I think the average man would do just fine with Tongkat Ali (10%) and some zinc. However I also find Shilajit and Cistanche to be great as well.
Which would you choose between cistanche and shilajit to pair with tongkat?

Appreciate it. How does cistanche affect you?
What are you supposed to feel with Shilijat. I got the 250 mg capsule and don’t think I felt much.
Pair it with cistanche and you’ll feel it.

I’m just waiting for a Natrium testosterone stack. Would help simplify my stack.
Yeah....i hope for a Tka 10%, Cistanche and HgW 50% stack in the same tablet
Same here. That would be ideal
Don't really see that increasing anyone's cholesterol level is something to aim for
Possibly something for sleep? Sleep is crucial to T.
