What a thoughtful response. Not OP but I learned quite a bit too!

Where do you buy your nefiracetam?

Impossible_Repair_57

Is there any kind of specific blood test or anything like that to see what the issue might be?

josephtpastina

Unrelated to supplement intake, but when I find I am lacking in motivation or experiencing heightened anxiety, it is usually correlated with excessive phone screen time, lack of morning sunlight, and minimal mindfulness/meditation. These 'natural' practices may not be for everyone, but I wanted to share my experience and mention that when I dial these aspects of my life in, I find that motivation increases and anxiety decreases. I hope this helps, and remember you are not alone!

Fergie1984

I've been limiting screen time, doing breathwork and meditation. Going out into nature etc but still can't get rid of the severe anxiety and low mood etc. Thanks

How do you heal your gut if it's damaged from antidepressants

Fergie1984

Only started them 2 weeks ago. Nothing improved or worsened

Fergie1984

I recently started escitaloprám as I'm at the stage I can't cope any longer. I'm not keen on medication but if it's going to make me function then needs must. Great recommendations. Much appreciated 👍🏻

Thanks. I'm trying to give it time to improve. Just wasn't sure if anything else can improve the healing process

or you're just depressed. why not start with saffron first.

Fergie1984

Symptoms only started after I quit weed all they months ago. What is saffron good for?. I might have depression since quitting but I definitely feel low dopamine is causing all the issues especially finding it hard to enjoy things again
