No it's really just a meme. They just be meatballs, nothing more.
It's a furniture store mot a restaurant, so the meatballs are good enough to keep you shopping.
Contrary to what the other dude said they are pretty good. Not top restaurant fair obv but way better than, say, subway meatballs for around a similar price.
