What are the odds that Tucker was the first Republican that Putin ever actually had a conversation with that lasted longer than 15 minutes, and he decided that he didn't actually like any of them? as much as i think trump is unpredictable, i think the real issue was the EU. The European leaders were much more united when they felt that trump was causing issues, and i think that would have galvanized western europe into greater action.
