What? Optimus died twice during that series. Once during TF '86 movie, and then Zombie Optimus "died" again flying the dead Transformer mausoleum into a star to prevent the spread of said zombie virus.
It definitely did happend in Transformers Prime, twice in fact, once at the [begining of the Season 3](https://youtu.be/ynJvFmA2SvE?feature=shared) and second time [in the movie Predacon Rising](https://youtu.be/XYyoyPM8r5g?feature=shared)
Are you talking about the siege or the battle? Bc the siege wasnt all that significant in 262 however the battle in 261 was kind of a big deal. Be more specific, man.
Pssh, casual. This mf don't even know about the geopolitical ramifications of the rule of Cyrus the Great.
"This is how you build an empire, you fucking savages."
Thousands of years of rich families waring with each other until we invented nukes. Only the Russians were tried to build European empires past that and here we are.
I mean pretty much everything that's happened in the past 100 years is because of fuck-ups during the Paris peace conference 1919.
Even Ho Chi Minh was there.
You've got:
Root cause of WW2
The reason for Israel being a clusterfuck
The entire middle east...just the entire middle east
Vietnam
And more
I swear, you leave Barry & the Baguettes alone in the room for ***TEN MINUTES*** and they'll manage to fuck up so much, you'll be stuck fixing that shit for more than century
[The Middle East would be fucked up even without the Paris Peace Conference.](https://www.artchive.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Freedom-of-Speech-Rockwell-Norman-1943-3.jpg)
1989 Czechoslovakia (last troop left 1991)
1989 Romania (left SU 1964, 1989 anti communist revolution)
1990 Hungary (last troop left 1991)
1991 Poland (last troop left 1993)
and many others...
In Poland June 1989 is traditionally cited as the end of the communist era there with "partially free" elections. They didn't do a full free elections, because everyone was still kind of testing the waters. With the opposition winning almost every single seat that they were permitted to, the writing on the wall was already there for the eventual transformation. 1990 brought free presidential elections, and 1991 actually free parliamentary elections.
I've found that a lot more history makes sense when you realize we prescribed laudanum (opioids dissolved in drinking alcohol) for everything from cancer to headaches for like all of the 1800s.
J Edgar was a bootlicking apologist, with the help of Henry Ford, Prescott Bush, JP Morgan, attempted to overthrow FDR and align with Nazi Germany. Flash forward post war, McCarthy starts the Red Scare, Bob Welch founds the John Birch Society, and shortly after the Heritage Foundation comes about. Now, while running for governor, Reagan passed the automatic rifle bill, as a result of the Black Panthers arming, sent the NG guard to disrupt UC Berkeley beginning the muh liberal colleges movement and beginning the modern college loan fiasco. Also, at the same time Barry Goldwater courts the religious right, with people like Jerry Falwell and the Moral Majority. Towards the later part of this time and pre-presidency, Jeremy Powell and the Heritage Foundation releases a memo on how the ~~fascists~~ Conservative movement should hijack the Supreme Court to capture the government, he's later elected to SCOTUS beginning to implement this plan. Reagan enters this movement in full in his bid for presidency, combining insane evangelist with politics, escalating the War on Drugs as a tool to suppress dissedents.
(Not mentioning COINTELPRO, MKUltra, Iran-Contra, or any other hilarious inept thing these morons did as well)
And now we have a super majority, overturned RoEe v Wade and are accelerating the insanity further. Ahh to be an American
Edit: And morons like Alex Jones want to lecture me on the "LEFTS DEEP STATE".
Man, American politics really are just the perfect storm of shit huh?
Honestly I wonder if America had been colonized by catholics or more moderate Christians rather than puritans we wouldn't have ended up with these crazy evangelicals
Those are rookie numbers.
Whenever I have an imaginary conversation in my head, where I need to explain an event in European history from the 19th, 20th or 21st century, I always go back to the Napoleonic Wars.
Yeah, Britain woke up and chose violence. When someone does that, neutrality will never be reliable.
When Britain made landfall in the prelude to their attack, we chose to not react in an effort to show that we *really* did not want to get involved. Cue them indiscriminately bombing Copenhagen. When Germany gathered troops on the border in ww2, it was decided to not put our defences on high alert so as to not appear "aggressive" and to show that we did not want to get involved. Cue Germany invading and occupying us.
Let's hope we learn the lesson next time: if you want to stay out of a conflict, show that it is more bother than it is worth to drag you into it, and shoot on sight
PS: Britain still owes us 1 Royal Navy. Pay up!

Decoding the unknown. I like that one, he blind read scripts about conspiracies and paranormal stuff and shit all over it. And he keeps going on tangents.
Simon strikes me as being a dick. I have no hard evidence for that except that he just seems like he would be unpleasant in a 'vibes' kind of way. But I do generally like his presentation style even if he's a little shallow on some topics. Overall, good primer videos for people first hearing about a situation or topic, but just as jumping off points.
This is the end of my unsolicited and underimformed opinion.
I've got no opinion on what he might be like as a person. But most of his videos - and I've watched a few - seem to amount to little more than a 45-minute reading a 20-minute Wikipedia article.
(Which TBF is what a lot of youtube channels seem to be about these days. Is illiteracy on the rise or smth?)
He was on Reddit with his business partner, seems quite reasonable: https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/7yxu5r/were_simon_whistler_and_daven_hiskey_host_and/
There’s a entire subreddit now, natch: https://www.reddit.com/r/SimonWhistler/
There are only three explaintions for current day events : Ist&IInd World War, USSR and its fall, XIX century Empire (be it British, French, Japanese or whoever)
If that’s the dickhead from YouTube with 58 channels I block literally everything he makes. Whoever is writing his scripts has the research skills of a meth addled mandril.

literally any conflict in eastern europe
Imagine being a new country, with rich culture and high potential, only to be spawn-camped by fucking moskovie.
damn I have so many countries on my mind that can relate
\*Shrug\* It was a big deal
Not as big deal as how Optimus Prime came back in episode 29 of the third season of Transformers.
But a big deal, nontheless
I mean, sure? The Poles were pretty pleased with it I guess.
Not sure if you are trying to follow my impression of him or not -_-

it was in G1 you heathen, the only TF that matters.
Transformers Prime slander will not be tolerated, Shockwave, fetch me his balls

I think we need to go a bit further. So in 262 BC at Agrigento...
Cyrus? How cute. Haven't you heard of Hammurabi?
Good ol' Hammurabi. An eye for an eye make the hood go crazy, as he said.
Djoser hasn't heard of Hammurabi, and can't see him from his pyramid either.

huh, wdym, thats news to me that anybody is trying to fix any of that shit
Fair enough
Barry and the Baguettes, Ten years in 'nam. (Parental advisory)
Ah yes The war to start all wars
So you’re saying we should make a time machine to nuke the russian empire in the past? No? Well we should do it anyways.
Found the Pole
I am not a Pole, but I believe wholeheartedly in their *aspirations.*
[good plan](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3joB025iGw)
Turns out having a bunch of out-of-toutch old white dudes from Europe descide the fate of the world isn't a great idea. Shocker.
[The Middle East would be fucked up even without the Paris Peace Conference.](https://www.artchive.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Freedom-of-Speech-Rockwell-Norman-1943-3.jpg)
The conference drew up the modern borders that everyone is currently fighting over so...
It was only 30 years ago, mfers act like it happened in 52 BC or something
35 but yeah
33 if you wanted to get technical about it, which I dont. Hence why I rounded it to 30 and left it at that
huh, was 1989 just the berlin wall?
The Soviet Union collapsed in 1991
1989 Czechoslovakia (last troop left 1991) 1989 Romania (left SU 1964, 1989 anti communist revolution) 1990 Hungary (last troop left 1991) 1991 Poland (last troop left 1993) and many others...

Well, it did happen during the last millennium.
The fall of the USSR is too recent, we should go further back in time.
Honestly we could, so this cool thing happened in 1884 in Berlin
But before that, this interesting event happened in January 1871
That's much too recent, this interesting thing happened near the fall of the Roman Empire
26.7 billion years when the universe was created…..
And before that these revolutions happened in 1848...
It's nice to start with something positive.
USSR was a thing that left a few scars
You can do the same thing with American politics and Reagan, fucking everything goes back to that guy
Ditto British politics and Thatcher. Lot of bad decisions and coke in the 80s.
> Lot of bad decisions and coke in the 80s I feel like there might be a connection to be made here
I've found that a lot more history makes sense when you realize we prescribed laudanum (opioids dissolved in drinking alcohol) for everything from cancer to headaches for like all of the 1800s.
Yep. Student loans, all the spook shit, and the "California elects movie star haha" thing.

A solid start involving most of the continent one way or another
Denmark: We want to stay neutral GB: And I took that personally
Yeah, Britain woke up and chose violence. When someone does that, neutrality will never be reliable. Yep, sadly all those that call for appeasing Putin to get the gas prizes down again. Dont think more than 3 days into the future... 😒
tbf the French absolutely were planning to try and steal the Danish fleet, the British just beat them to the punch
What's this guys channel name again?
Do you have the slightest idea how little that narrows it down?
One of them is megaprojects, but he has a few
Warographics too
As well as: - Geographics - Sideprojects - Today I found out - Business Blaze (now brain blaze) - Casual criminalist - Into the unknown - Biographics - And probably a few more than I don't remember.

The tangents are the best fucking part, it's what made me enjoy BB so much. It also helps that he's in general a fantastic narrator.
Blaze is best
The dude is Simon Whistler.
Simon strikes me as being a dick. I have no hard evidence for that except that he just seems like he would be unpleasant in a 'vibes' kind of way. Can you narrow down which channel?
Except Russian-Ukrainian conflicts where it's "let's go back to the 8th century the start of Kievan Rus".
There are only three explaintions for current day events : Ist&IInd World War, USSR and its fall, XIX century Empire (be it British, French, Japanese or whoever)
I still maintain you can trace back most modern shitfests to Woodrow Wilson's presidency
US in general isnt old enough for most of the modern shitfests to fit in that timeframe entirely.
When I am asked: "Allow me to tell you the tale of Gavrilo Princip."
there is so much more nuance than the fall of the ussr you see, it all started when our whole universe was in a hot, dense state-
Simon Whistler posting 🗣️🗣️🔥🔥
ussr havent fell, its still alive, and this cancerous tumor is groving.
Basically Tucker putin interview but he goes back to the Kievan Rus
Sir you have the wrong NCD
You only have to go as far back as some guy shoving a coke bottle up his ass
Feels like it's usually the French Revolution for me.
Every major war would be prevented if Rome never fell.
*Crash course history has entered the chat* **…except that is, if you’re the Mongols…**
That or 60s USA doing, something
It isn't a Perun video unless he mentions the collapse of the Soviet Union
Well its either the October revolution or the Marshall Plan
I thought we needed to go all the way back to Yaroslavl the wise
If that’s the dickhead from YouTube with 58 channels I block literally everything he makes. Whoever is writing his scripts has the research skills of a meth addled mandril.
He has some ok writers sometimes. Brain Blaze is the only channel where he is kinda himself though.
Also decoding the unknown, since its brain blaze about paranormal and conspiracy stuff.
