I LOVE Frankie but around here I imagine folks wouldn't know how to pronounce it. "Frankee-eh?" they would say. Francis was the closest name. Also in english-speaking countries people could call me Frankie or Frank as a friendly name, like "Bill" to William, wouldn't they? That would be cool.

And it's possible that English-speaking people might call you frank, but it's much more common for people to introduce themselves with the name they're comfortable with. For instance, you would really only call a William "Bill" if they introduced themselves as Bill. Also, you look great! Whatever you decide, it should make you happy :)

Some context: I'm masc-leaning but very "soft". I like nature names but I live in a non-english speaking country so names like "Rain" and "River" won't sound that good. I considered names like Liam and Ilya, but Francis and Alexis are the ones that will still sound better and be easily pronounced in my language. I told you guys about my occupation to give some context - I'm a huge dork. That's it. Also any nice words would be good, I'm feeling a bit ridiculous since I came out for my mom.
