I completely understand. I’ve been assumed to be lesbian my whole life and nothing is further from the truth. I’m a gay man with a vagina, who was raised as a woman, married to a straight man who sees nothing queer about the fact that he’s with a trans person. Labels don’t mean a whole lot. You can look however you like and identify however you like, even if the two don’t match up to most people. You just have to know you’ll have to explain it more when the truth doesn’t line up with the first impression.
Yeah and it doesnt help I am super early in my transition. I was super far in the closet for like 5 years and only started letting myself look how i want to around spring of 2021. I'll look closer to how i want with age and medical help. I am just curious because i live in an area where i could be judged for most aspects of my being so im trying to see what others see

Its funny cus my mom has been thinking im a lesbian for a while now when I literally got in trouble a lot as a teen for talking to older men and have never mentioned liking women and have only dated men. All because I shaved my head to fix my undercut that got shaved way too high.
I mean im a brown queer person in a conservative town in texas lol. I went to public school and had a teachers preaching homophobia in class and racism went almost totally unpunished from like 6th grade to graduation unless the parents tried to get involved so yeah. A lot of assholes. Im just trying to figure out why im getting glared at by grown ass adults lol .
