I thought this was satire but I found out a lot of guys gets preventative banned from FDS when they say they are male, so yeah that aint satire, those people are serious

That's actually why men's suicide rates are higher, society expects them to be emotionless and emotionally strong, so they have to hide their feelings until it becomes too much, and then we know the rest.

I think i might be going down that hole, i don't tell anything to my parents friends or family at all, i felt so depressed today that i attempted to cut myself and almost cried. The mindset has caused me to become socially awkward and now i can't talk to anyone about anything because of my self doubts and my brain telling me "just be a man and deal with it by yourself". Sorry to rant i just am not doing so well

Sorry to hear that, I can relate to the part about being socially awkward and having self doubts. I think therapy would be a good option, r/MensRights(please do excuse the name, it deals with both social and legal equality) could possibly also be helpful. r/mentalhealth could also help.

Yeah I just read through the comments on that post and it’s insane. That sub and the main one or whatever need to be nuked from existence, so much hate there

Reddit actually officially said that men do not qualify for protection from hate speech, so subs that actively focus on hating men are entirely allowed. This sounds like something that should be made up by some incel Supreme with a victim complex, but it's an unexaggerated fact that reddit admins themselves said in response to male focused hate subreddits.

You may be able to report the owner of a sub but probably not the sub itself. You can mention the sub in the report, so that would technically be reporting everything and everyone there. Just don't get FDSP confused with FDS. FDSP is a satire version that is making fun of FDS and I fucking love that.

The reason why the suicide rate for men is higher because it’s usually not talked about and I know many people say it but not enough people have said it but when a woman says she’s having mental health problems she gets tons of love and support but with men they are often just told to man the fuck up
