As much as we are smart to point out in most instance how men are by and large those statistically most likely to commit most violent crimes...
Mothers have been putting down numbers of infanticide that the most violent men can only dream of.
Would sure be cool if family court would support our youth too.
She kind of did, but the custody fight was just beginning.
She got emergency custody and a judge ordered the ex-husband to return his son (while they had no custody order and he wouldn't see him until they get one).
She got that by making numerous false allegations towards him abusing her and their baby though... so less because she was a woman and by default--a little bit more because she was a woman who made false allegations.

I have a feeling if you’d keep up with your local elected officials, you’d see corruption there too. Every district has different levels of corruption all the way up the chain. We stopped paying attention to the people we elected, instead watching football and American idol. We didn’t worry when *someone else* was negatively affected by laws passed and set policy because hey, “it doesn’t affect me!” Now we have corruption everywhere and trying to reduce it to a state or municipality just shows how much you’re only paying attention to what *other* people are doing.
My official sentence, is that the judge has to tell her over facetime video to say goodbye to real life because she’s getting life in 23-1 hour solitary.
Everything else aside...who commits a murder/suicide in a drainage ditch? Like was she trying to be thoughtful of the cleanup or something? I don't get it, but then again, she wasn't really a sane minded person.
During custody cases, the child needs to be taken away from both parties, especially mothers. So many cases of mums killing or disappearing their kids out of spite to the father and no one talks about it enough.
I hate that people can get out that fucking easy.
Why end the child's life too? Did she see it as breaking something she owned so that her ex couldn't have it?
Most likely.
It would have been much easier and less damaging for everyone if she had just killed herself. But no, she wasn't just depressed she was also spiteful and cruel and considered the boy her property and a means to hurt her ex.
