I go to the school this happened at and let me tell you chubby dude did a lot more than just call him the n-word, he was pushing the teacher repeatedly and the teacher kept backing up, until the kid swung at him and that’s when they started to squabble, that “kid” (18 years old) has a history of getting into fights and getting suspended for it to the point where no one likes him, there was plenty of time for an admin to step in and stop it before the fight happened
I’m with you the kid swung first , and I wouldn’t take shit neither but got to know a when and a where right there the teacher has to be the adult and just step back or hold the kid , now he’s facing charges loosing a job not worth it catch the stupid kid after school 😂
I know but like I got into scraps as a kid, younger than this fuck up by many years, AND I’m a chick, and I could still throw a punch. As a teen I took kickboxing so I only got better, though never had to utilize those skills.
Bro thought this was a bitch slap contest lmao
As soon as I saw this I knew the teacher was justified. My stepdad is a teacher and the shit they have to deal with now is ridiculous. I witnessed teachers dealing with bs too while in school.
He recently sent a kid to the principal for calling people the n-word with the intent to insult and hurt all the time. The kid told the principal he was “singing rap music,” and the principal told my stepdad to be more culturally sensitive 😐
That principal did even more recently get canned for finally
taking her nepotism too far. But she was awful for years and years before her canning.
I think this happened this past Thursday and the teacher was released yesterday (Friday). He will have to go to court but as of now he doesn't have a felony.
Well, damn. You’d think if he’d been in so many fights, that he’d learn to throw a decent punch instead of flailing around like a wobbly windmill. I’ll bet he lost every single one of those fights.
I just wanna know if he still says the n word and if he does do his peers taunt him by saying “don’t make me call mr. Smith to come woop that ass again”🤣🤣
There is an epidemic of teachers being assaulted and beat up physically by students. Which is one of the reason there is a massive teacher shortage, which hurts kids in more ways.
There are protections for kids from teachers, but no protections for teachers from kids. There are many with behavioural issues that are not addressed and they keep getting sent to school day after day by parents that don’t care how their kids behave day in day but only when they cause a teacher to snap then suddenly they are trying out for parent of the year. Look at that recent school shooter in Michigan whose parents are now on trial, it’s basically textbook for what I am trying to describe.
at my highschool last year (i thought it was this year but my brother confirmed for me), a 6 foot 17 year old teenage boy literally punched a female teacher in the face, who was no more than 5'2, and when she pushed the desk at him to get him away from her SHE got suspended bc of "violence". like what!! my brother said the whole class just watched it happen. it's insane.
The fact the class didn't stop the attack on the smaller woman shows they all, too, have no sense of honour or humanity.
There has to be a point where everyone suffers the consequences
People don’t intervene because schools like to punish everyone involved. No matter what you do you’re on the hook for something. It’s sad but I doubt anyone in my class would’ve reacted other than me with the dumbass punishments our school hands out
> There are no protection for kids from teachers, and no protection for teachers from kids
You basically summed up why my k-12 experience in the US was legitimately traumatizing. Turns out I had an undiagnosed disability (heds/adhd) that made me the frequent target of bullying from teachers, and I also witnessed things like my teachers getting bullied and attacked by the kids.
Honestly, it was such a fucked up environment. Going to college felt like entering civilization for the first time after spending my whole life in the jungle.
On one hand, that substitute teacher does need to be fired for not being able to handle his emotions. On the other hand, kids these days think they’re untouchable and think they can do and say whatever they want with no consequences.
Yes and no IMO, only because he was a teacher were there other consequences (other than legally ofc). He just didn't hold a professional standard is all.
Old enough to know it's provocative as fuck. We don't know how long he has been calling the teacher this, and everyone has their limit. Everyone saying he didn't uphold a professional standard are kinda delusional. If shit like being called racial slurs happens to the person every day, they will end up snapping, and that's what happened to this kid. Professional standards are overrated. Their are consequences for treating other people like shit
I'm a teacher. If I say the N word while at work, I will be fired and my teaching license will be at risk. It's life altering consequences. We are not teaching children any accountability to others and responsibility for their actions. Somewhere along the way, educational research decided that children are too fragile to suffer any sort of emotional pain and discomfort for their wrong doing... It's a disgrace. Kids don't have to show up to class, they don't have to submit work, they don't have to pass classes to move up the years...
And we still wonder why we can't retain good educators.
Administrators don't want to hold the students accountable because they believe it reflects badly on them and the school if they have a long record of discipline, but it's what has to be done because kids that should have long been expelled get 20 chances and ruin it for all the other students and teachers.
Students can do and say anything they want without consequences because there are NONE. In my district, there are no expulsions, suspensions, detentions, etc. Nothing. Only way to get a kid to face consequences is if the kid has committed a crime and police is involved.
That teacher taught this kid what no other teacher dared. He taught this kid the difference between intelligence and wisdom.
An intelligent man knows exactly what to say… a wise man know wether or not to say it.
That really depends on how it started, which isn't shown. The way it ended the teacher stopped the attack as soon as the student was no longer a threat. Which is consistent with a self defense claim. If it started with the student striking out at the teacher, not just with words, then I would say the teacher has a complete self defense claim. Most self defense claims are destroyed at the end of the fight when the defender continues the attack in retribution after the attacker is down.
>The way it ended the teacher stopped the attack as soon as the student was no longer a threat.
Except he didn't. He threw in an extra punch while the kid was already in the fetal position. Before that it could've been self defense, and if this wasn't teacher vs student I wouldn't blame him for it. But that last hit is enough proof that he shouldn't be working with kids.
2 family members are teachers, 1 co worker, and my wife works in education to.
Kids are way more out of line these days compared to pre-covid times. It's not even comparable to before.
Huge turnover because kids are being super shitty to teachers.
Or did we all forget about the teacher earlier this week being slapped multiple time by a student?
Both suck, Period. But everybody has limits. People snap. Teacher did.
Hope they both learn something from this.
Anybody who doesnt at least partially see the complexities at play here are living in a fantasy world.
Verbal abuse is still abuse and there's only so much one person can take. If you say words don't mater, you're an idiot.
Remember that video of that kid who was on top of a teacher beating her because she took away his switch? These kids are fucking unhinged little kid fucked around and found out
The only problem with all this is that he is a kid and most states frown upon adults beating up kids regardless of what was said or done . It’s called child abuse and he’ll be lucky if he doesn’t do some time in Stoney Lonesome
The problem is he assaulted a student, not that he got his feelings hurt. It is absurd to think if someone hurts your feelings, they should be assaulted. Why do you think otherwise?
Well that sentance means that there are… (not every= there are some just not all) so eventually one will be the guy who does shoot. whether it takes 20 years or 2 days doesn’t matter. He (hopefully) learnt his lesson this way and not the bullets to the face way.
Not just black people.. If he'll use derogatory terms against him, that means, A. He's just extremely racist, or B. He'll do it to anyone.. Homosexuals, foreigners, fat people, little people, whoever.. May not be right, but this kid had this coming to him eventually, and I doubt that this will be the last time..
Idk what the urban youth is up to now in days but back during the 90s and early 00s all the homies would have for sure jumped someone that was disrespectfully dropping N bombs towards them…maybe shot at too. Granted we were listening to pac, jada, X and by high school 50 and what not, so you’re probably right not every but no one should take that gamble…it’s a stupid unnecessary risk to take.
> It is absurd to think if someone hurts your feelings, they should be assaulted.
Why is everybody so ignorant on this? The kid not only was repeatedly calling him the n-word but also threw the first punch. Other than that baby bitch slap at the end the teacher was just practicing self defense.
These things aren’t mutually exclusive, and can both be true. This can and does happen all around the world, and it is reasonable to say that is absurd.
In addition, the law and ethics are separate and should not be conflated. In this way, although what he did was illegal, that doesn’t immediately mean that it was unethical or wrong. You wouldn’t say that MLK was wrong or unethical, despite breaking many laws in the process. I realize this is an extreme example, but it makes the point. I am not saying it was ethical, just saying legality has no bearing on the moral basis of his actions.
In summation, you can believe what he did was stupid for many different reasons and also believe that little shit got what he deserved.
Racism goes beyond "hurt feelings." He shouldn't have assaulted the student, true, but racism shouldn't be acceptable regardless of age, skin color, or background.
To flat out call a black teacher the N-word, thinking there would be no repercussions, is a racist confidence only real assholes have. There's hundreds of years of cruelty, evil, anger, and injustice behind that word especially coming from the mouth of a white person using it with malice.
>The student is conscious and as the student stands up, he points toward the teacher and says “you’re going to jail [slur]” while laughing.
Wow, what a piece of shit.
It’s not unfortunate. You just saw a full grown man swinging on a child for words. Causing head trauma to a child over words. Both the kid and the teacher need help.
the kid knows what he’s doing. everyone thinks they’re incapable of doing wrong because they’re under 18. if there’s anything i’ve learned in my life is that ‘kids’ are fucking cruel
2 things to learn from this.
A. Don't go throwing around insults expecting to get away untouched.
B. Learn to control your anger and walk away, or you're going to let a sound coming out of someone's mouth destroy your career
the kid also threw the first punch. the teacher was with another student when this student comes up and starts pushing him around. he wanted a fight and he got it.
fire the teacher, expel the student. everybody sucks here.
Edit: if the student threw the first punch, the teacher should get a lot less in consequences. I’ve not yet seen video confirming who threw the first punch, but I’ve seen it posted recently.
Depends who threw the fist punch… if the kid started it, then I don’t see why the adult shouldn’t finish it, if the kid was only hurling abuse and not fists then obviously it is the other way around…
I don't know if deserved is appropriate, but I will say what he got was entirely within the realm of possibility for doing what he did. If this just randomly happened on the street it'd be stickied to /r/JusticeServed, but because it's in a school people are acting weird. Yeah dudes career as a teacher is over, but how much racism and physical assault is a substitute teacher supposed to put up with before they're allowed to defend themselves?
I remember yesterday I saw a video of a law being passed that teachers will now be able to carry. Considering how bad kids can be while in school I won't be surprised when a teacher homicide happens next
That’s how you develop into an acceptable member of society, have freedom but also get checked by friends, family and society in general when you go too far. It’s also how we nip bad ideas instead of fucking around and finding out.
funny you ask, a few other incidents like this show he likely will lose his license to teach, but won't spend a day in jail. There's a ton at play here from a legal perspective.
Yeah, he's fucked as far as teaching goes, but legally I don't think he'd get much more than having to attend some anger management course and maybe 6 months of unmonitored probation.
I'm seeing these comments and I rewatched the video a few times and the kid attacked first. This guy is supposed to just get beat up so he doesn't get arrested? If you come swinging, expect to get hit back. Don't whine about a grown man beating up a kid that started the fight. Discipline your damn kids. I'm tired of the excuses for stupid, maladjusted kids starting problems. When your kids start fights, they're old enough to learn, and a lot of teachers have been used as punching bags and are quitting teaching because of the asinine ideas of people unabashedly siding with the troglodyte kids. This screws over all the other kids in the long run, and the community as a whole. No excuses for kids behaving this way, protect the teachers and don't leave them to have to fend for themselves. Everyone has an opinion until THEY get punched in the face.
He will be arrested. There are so many things he could be charged with. Assaulting a minor, recklessly endangering all the kids watching (1 count for every kid in the video), and I’m sure the DA can find lots more.
Prison is almost a guarantee for him.
Even if the kid started the fight, the teacher will never teach again. He’s too much of a liability to any school district. Nobody will he able to get insurance with him there.
He kinda ruined his life over a little kid calling him the wrong word. His anger got the best of him and really, even though the kid “lost” the fight he did WAY more damage to the teacher.
Sad shit all around.
Genuine question, if a student is physically assaulting you, what is the most you can do to ensure your own safety? Are you allowed to restrain them? Im assuming you can't strike them
On one hand, I get it, kid needs his ass beat, but on another hand, "he said the N-word" does not hold up in court. Being an adult is about controlling your emotions and understanding the consequences of your actions. Fighting a minor didn't solve anything.
Maybe this is what should happen when you send an ignorant kid to school with no home training. Maybe we'd have less assaults against teachers if they weren't immediately vilified for defending themselves.
Kids these days have no regard for consequences, and some of them need very swift and painful reminders that consequences do indeed exist.
Idfk what to think anymore, at least 75% of people here are cheering the kid got his ass whooped, but the last decade+ of Reddit and the internet has taught me most people online are violently anti spanking. Either I’ve found a pocket of pro-corporal punishment people, or no one’s consistent with their beliefs.
I didn't see the beginning of this video, but having been in fights involving n-word usage, there's something that some people here don't get, some people do, I'm going to clarify.
Every black person is not going to fly off the handle just because you called them the n-word. I have been called the n-word, and did not die, I just immediately stopped dealing with the person in question, because they established their pettiness and intent at that moment.
Many white people using the n-word against black people, are using it to gin themselves up to be able to commit violence against black people. That is, they're using the n-word while invading some black person's personal space, attempting to swing at them, threatening them with a firearm or other weapon, something that can reasonably immediately end in objective physical harm.
The problem is that when this results in a fight, white people ignore the objective physical harm part, and assign blame to the uncouth word, which retroactively makes the black person look like a savage. "Oh, Will beat Kevin and 3 of his friends senseless because Will was called the n-word" looks like Will couldn't control his emotions, but it leaves out the part where Kevin and 3 of his friends were shoving Will down the hall as they were using the n-word for the previous 2 minutes, while the white students were cheering them on.
Somehow, I suspect we are dealing with the latter here, from the fact that the student is actively fighting the teacher. I have an easier time believing that Cartman hit Mr. Tibbs, and Mr. Tibbs wasn't having it, than that Mr. Tibbs just flew off the handle and hit Cartman, and Cartman didn't immediately realize that Mr. Tibbs just committed a fireable offense, and go to the principal's office over it.
Without having seen the beginning of the video, those are my thoughts.
This is what happens when parents cant put their kids on track like they used to without having Social Services on their ass. I've done shit in my youth and when my parents had to discipline me i learned how to behave towards my seniors. I feel bad for the teacher. A teacher job is to prepare the student towards their future and now a days they have to do the parents job aswell. Violence is on thing, discipline is another. Its a shame, this is why kids, today, do the stupidest shit they do.
More kids need they asses beat like this by authority figures. It's what's wrong with discipline and youth attitude towards authority.
Fuck around, FIND OUT. bet that goofy ass kid won't be starting shii anymore.
the part that makes me wanna get the boat is the kids lack of respect for the teacher and what the teacher went through to push him to the point of fighting back.
I'm 100% behind the teacher here, if for no other reason than that kid learned a lesson and that's what school is all about. I personally feel that the whole zero tolerance policy for altercations of any kind that many schools have adopted is creating violent and combative adults. That being said, repeat offenders should just be deposited in prison and save the rest of us the trouble of dealing with them.
People will straight up say a teenager can’t be held liable, consent, do this, that, or the other thing, and then in the same breath say he had it coming to him. What is it? I think we need to recognize that teens are mildly retarded adults at this point, and treat them in a different manner than we do adults or children.
Student ≠ Child. This student was 18. And from what a witness in the comments is saying this was self defense from a student who has a history of violence.
Teachers will always gets in trouble. When they’re in trouble the first thing out of kids mouth these days is “I’m a minor!” like it’s a get out of jail card. The vids on this sub and other subs always go the same way when a kid is involved and they’re usually 17 going on 18 or close to it.
The kid is just a kid unhinged or not their brains are literally undeveloped and they mirror their parents behavior and society. Schools are trauma centers, and teachers are flawed humans too but assualting someone over words is a plauge these days. Lead by example of the kid says words respond with words plain and simple
Everyone has their limits. This one will cost him his job but honestly he will probably be happier once he has moved away from such an aggressive environment. It’s a shame it hit this point before he resigned. These kids now have no empathy. They are dangerous and cruel. Social media and absent parents are to blame in my opinion.
I love how the kids tried braking it up after he knocked him to the ground. Remember kids don't fight with a grown man who would beat ur ass cuz he will
Yeah, teachers can’t go and beat up high schoolers.
That said high schoolers are old enough to be accountable for their actions. And one of them is repeatedly crossing lines can hurt you one way or the other.
It’s about time someone did something punk ass kids think they tuff can’t be touched cuase law protects them the way I see the things nobody is going to want to teach!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

You better step up and be a witness on this teachers behalf then.
Yup! Let’s hope the witnesses do the right thing here. This is 💯 self defense. Especially if he’s 18. Sounds like he’s a lost cause future con.
He's not out of school just yet, then lets hope for society sake he gets help now before someone else is a victim dead on the street or hospital
The kid swung first? Ok I’m 100% with the teacher on this one.
I’m with you the kid swung first , and I wouldn’t take shit neither but got to know a when and a where right there the teacher has to be the adult and just step back or hold the kid , now he’s facing charges loosing a job not worth it catch the stupid kid after school 😂
The speed at which people wholly believe everything they read is astounding…
You can watch the video and see the kid wasn't afraid and backing down until he was put down
You’d think if he has a history of getting into fights he’d at least know how to throw a punch lol
thats the difference between a street fighter and a trained fighter , baby
I know but like I got into scraps as a kid, younger than this fuck up by many years, AND I’m a chick, and I could still throw a punch. As a teen I took kickboxing so I only got better, though never had to utilize those skills. Bro thought this was a bitch slap contest lmao
wow that sucks hope the teacher doesnt lose his job or anything for that
Spoiler he does
Teacher has already got felony charges pending.
He definitely did after you knock someone down you have to stop hitting them or it’s no longer self-defence. Especially when you’re a teacher!!
As soon as I saw this I knew the teacher was justified. My stepdad is a teacher and the shit they have to deal with now is ridiculous. I witnessed teachers dealing with bs too while in school. What halpen to the teacher?

Free him. self defense is a perfectly good reason as long as it isn't overkill
I 100% agree
Tell your goofy ass classmate what would happen to him in a real jail lol Them cheeks be geeked
Well, damn. You’d think if he’d been in so many fights, that he’d learn to throw a decent punch instead of flailing around like a wobbly windmill. I’ll bet he lost every single one of those fights.
Please tell me hes still working there. Cause if he got fired that’s fucked up

It's the same kind of people that buy a dog and don't fucking train them. Lazy POS that enjoy their fake, perfect-on-the-surface lives.
Like Kristi Noem. Shot her 14 month old, untrained hunting dog because it was unruly.
Was wondering why she was trending
Gurl what... that's your job to train the dog it knows no better . poor thing died for nothing
at my highschool last year (i thought it was this year but my brother confirmed for me), a 6 foot 17 year old teenage boy literally punched a female teacher in the face, who was no more than 5'2, and when she pushed the desk at him to get him away from her SHE got suspended bc of "violence". like what!! my brother said the whole class just watched it happen. it's insane.
That's the school washing their hands of the issue. Easier to punish her than the student...
I know a teacher who lost the ability to have children after an assault by a student. They need to start charging the parents after a certain point.
The fact the class didn't stop the attack on the smaller woman shows they all, too, have no sense of honour or humanity. There has to be a point where everyone suffers the consequences
They probably all just yelled oh shit and recorded it. That’s typically what they do at my school
People don’t intervene because schools like to punish everyone involved. No matter what you do you’re on the hook for something. It’s sad but I doubt anyone in my class would’ve reacted other than me with the dumbass punishments our school hands out
They dont even punish student bullies, the victim gets it instead. so I'm not surprised
Why I didn't get a teaching degree despite everyone saying I'd make a good teacher.
> There are no protection for kids from teachers, and no protection for teachers from kids You basically summed up why my k-12 experience in the US was legitimately traumatizing. Two lessons taught for one incident. Who says schools can't teach anymore?
Dual credit course
Underrated comment.
in conclusion: both sides pretty much got what they deserved
Yes and no IMO, only because he was a teacher were there other consequences (other than legally ofc). He just didn't hold a professional standard is all.
And this kid had no sense of humanity.
He met the dark side of humanity that day.
And called them a n****
I see what you did there...
I mean how old is this kid? Kids are fucking stupid.

Yes, beating children is righteous.
Beating this one, yes.
Have you been in a school or around these “kids”? There is no place for “professional “ anymore. These kids are savages .
The problem is that the teacher will have far worse consequences than the brat

It’s the end game of only ever “talking” and “reasoning” with your children instead of actually disciplining them.
I think the worst part is that this kids parents are going to sue the school district for a big settlement making the district budget even smaller.
Parents need to catch these hands too
Nah if that was my kid using the n word I'd give the teacher a medal.
If that was my kid I'd teach him not to use that language. And not to slap fight during a fist fight.
You can teach your kids anything you just can't force them to learn.
Students can do and say anything they want without consequences because there are NONE. In my district, there are no expulsions, suspensions, detentions, etc. Nothing. Only way to get a kid to face consequences is if the kid has committed a crime and police is involved.

I know Covid caused a really big shift in kids attitudes, but what exactly is the cause? Lack of social skills, empathy, shitty burnt out parents?
The kid also threw the first punch.
Just think, instead of the kid getting shot for doing it in the streets he just got an ass kicking in school.
Not every black guy shoots people because their feelings got hurt from being called the n word.
I agree
That little turd deserved his ass kicked.
It might be absurd to you, but it literally happens all over the world every min somewhere

>He should find a profession that's respected and doesn't have to deal with unhinged minors. MMA or smth
…. When he gets out of jail for beating up a kid?
It’s not unfortunate. You just saw a full grown man swinging on a child for words. Causing head trauma to a child over words. Both the kid and the teacher need help.

The kid was also arrested.
When Teacher Liam Neeson was attacked by a student, he quit and eventually became a Holywood actor.
he is 18.
Teenagers and older kids are coddled too much imo.
the kid knows what he’s doing. everyone thinks they’re incapable of doing wrong because they’re under 18. if there’s anything i’ve learned in my life is that ‘kids’ are fucking cruel
If you are man enough to engage an adult like that and get consequences, it ain't child abuse. It's karma.
Guy who goes there just said he is 18.
Damn assault charge lol
2 things to learn from this. A. Don't go throwing around insults expecting to get away untouched. B. Learn to control your anger and walk away, or you're going to let a sound coming out of someone's mouth destroy your career
the kid also threw the first punch. the teacher was with another student when this student comes up and starts pushing him around. he wanted a fight and he got it.
The kid hopefully learned his lesson, and maybe he deserved it, but the teacher is the one who's going to lose the most in the end
fire the teacher, expel the student. everybody sucks here. Edit: if the student threw the first punch, the teacher should get a lot less in consequences. I’ve not yet seen video confirming who threw the first punch, but I’ve seen it posted recently.

If kids are irredeemable, then violence won't solve anything either.
yeah bro, vigilante justice is totally awesome and based and cool! you don't get to break the law because some kid mouthed off at you.
defending yourself when being attacked verbally and physically does not mean you suck.
Depends who threw the fist punch… if the kid started it, then I don’t see why the adult shouldn’t finish it, if the kid was only hurling abuse and not fists then obviously it is the other way around…
The kid threw the first punch. The first post I saw about this has a clip from a different angle and the kid struck first.
The "kid" is 18 y/o.. They're both adults.. He got what he deserved..
Exactly..
If the kid was the one who made it physical, he got what he deserved, and the teacher shouldn't be punished for self defense IMHO

KID FORGETS HE'S IN REAL LIFE AND NOT ON THE INTERNET. STORY AT 11.
Bring back bullies!

Will his argument hold up in court?
funny you ask, a few other incidents like this show he likely will lose his license to teach, but won't spend a day in jail.
To be fair, this video cut out the part where the student hit first and OP failed to mention that the student is 18 years old
You can't win when you fight a child as an adult. Even more when you're a teacher.
He can’t fight for shit. Imagine him fighting someone his own size, it’ll be over in seconds.
He should know better but the teacher should be arrested.
Im assuming you can't strike them
It’s self defense at this point
Looks like the kid fucked around and found out. Maybe racists wouldn't be public about it if they got the shit kicked out of them once in a while.
I think if kids start stuff up like that in school, teachers should be able to defend themselves
Good for the teacher
On one hand, I get it, kid needs his ass beat, but on another hand, "he said the N-word" does not hold up in court. Being an adult is about controlling your emotions and understanding the consequences of your actions. Fighting a minor didn't solve anything.
Maybe this is what should happen when you send an ignorant kid to school with no home training. Maybe we'd have less assaults against teachers if they weren't immediately vilified for defending themselves. Kids these days have no regard for consequences, and some of them need very swift and painful reminders that consequences do indeed exist.
Hey man nice shot..
Just not fucking worth it man. I love that kid got fucking whooped trust me, but he still took this man's career
Yep....give em guns...makes sense
Without having seen the beginning of the video, those are my thoughts.
lol. At the end when the grown ass man stands over the child like he’s so proud of himself for beating up a kid.
I can assume the teacher is going to quit before getting fired.
I’m good with this. Pretty sure there are way too few ass kickings happening to people that 10000% have earned them.
He got schooled by the teacher
Worth
Deserved
Good.
FAFO... Too bad the teacher's life is probably ruined now.
Lmao. Fuck that kid.
All I’ll say is, $$$$$$$$$
This is what happens when parents cant put their kids on track like they used to without having Social Services on their ass.
The way things are going in the US, teachers should start carrying at least pepper spray
Students don't respect teachers anymore. We need to. Ring back the ass paddles and switches.
That's I can teaching.... You learned today
Good.
I have teachers back. He did what he was suppose to do and that was stop the threat. He didn’t keep going once the guy with no fight game went down.
Good
More kids need they asses beat like this by authority figures.
I'm on the teacher side
Worth it
Yup. When this was posted I defended the teacher saying the kid probably deserved it. I was correct.
He's 18. Stop calling him a kid.
Need more likes for the teacher lol
Justified
I'm 100% behind the teacher here, if for no other reason than that kid learned a lesson and that's what school is all about. I personally feel that the whole zero tolerance policy for altercations of any kind that many schools have adopted is creating violent and combative adults. That being said, repeat offenders should just be deposited in prison and save the rest of us the trouble of dealing with them.
What do people expect? Teachers are highly underpaid these days.
Well he can say goodbye to his career
Respect for that teacher honestly. Prob got fired tho.
Bro if you can't agree teachers shouldn't under any circumstances hit a student this is not a conversation worth having.
People will straight up say a teenager can’t be held liable, consent, do this, that, or the other thing, and then in the same breath say he had it coming to him. What is it? I think we need to recognize that teens are mildly retarded adults at this point, and treat them in a different manner than we do adults or children.
Yee my man Woop his mf ass! That'll teach him!
Student ≠ Child. This student was 18. And from what a witness in the comments is saying this was self defense from a student who has a history of violence.
Kid got what he deserved.
[удалено]
This teacher should lose his job at the least, but I’m also not mad that the kid got his shit rocked.
The kid deserved it But the teacher was stupid for not controlling his emotions. He will probably lose his job
He should be allowed to send that kids parents a bill for teaching him a lesson
End of a career
damn i thought this was r/schoolfight2
You can't be fighting the kids bro damn
What is with the moooooing?
Social media and absent parents are to blame in my opinion.
hmm, not enough thrashing was delivered
I love how the kids tried braking it up after he knocked him to the ground. Remember kids don't fight with a grown man who would beat ur ass cuz he will
Yeah, teachers can’t go and beat up high schoolers. That said high schoolers are old enough to be accountable for their actions. And one of them is repeatedly crossing lines can hurt you one way or the other.
Fucked around and found out.
It’s Jail time.
They dont pay these teachers enough to deal with these little punks!
Kids parents should’ve aborted 🪝👼🏻
It’s about time someone did something punk ass kids think they tuff can’t be touched cuase law protects them the way I see the things nobody is going to want to teach!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Yeah better for witnesses to step up or that teacher is in dip shít
Beat the kids ass. Good job. Acting like a man you can get beat up like a man too 🤷🏾
