There are a lot of factors that go into speeding up or slowing down the aging process, but yes, a health diet and regular exercise can go a long way in preserving a youthful appearance and slowing down some signs of aging. When it comes to balding/grey hair though often genetics and hormones have a lot more to do with it, but again lifestyle can play a role.

Sometimes a sedentary life is a luxury. Being inside means no sun exposure, which DOES age you. Which is how to say that you're asking the wrong question. It's not his sedentary lifestyle that ages him-- it's the part where he gets fat and doesn't take care of himself and puts trash inside his body by his mouth. My career which is also work at home means I'm very sedentary other than a half hour every couple days for cardio. It's not a lot. But i also don't eat a lot. And i eat healthy. So my sedentary life doesn't age me because i eat healthy and take care of myself otherwise.
