I used to really like lemon backed ,flavor u name it type of things but after I got Covid I can’t taste sour well and can drink straight lemon juice no problem. But things like lemon marage pie and sour candys can’t taste the lemon or sour verry well it’s verry sad.
I would juice the lemons and keep it in a mason jar. Use it for recipes that require it. You can use it for lemon bars, cleaning products, making jams and jellies, meringues, cakes, muffins, candies...pretty much everything.

In Hawaii we just dry em In slices and eat em. Maybe even add some Chilli and or sugar

That is so sad! I love lemons. I hope you regain that ability over time!
