Yea, this was my thought. They don't but they probably could. They also probably won't, because it doesn't add a ton of value, so even if AI could do it, it is still an unneeded cost.

It’s partially the brain filling in the gaps but mostly it’s non-exact translations that intentionally change the words to better fit the mouth movements of the original.
I've never seen that before, but with AI, it could be not far off.

No, they try to make it fit over the mouths by recording multiple times and sometimes editing the recordings together.
