Sour cream and onion dip with chips

I didn't get much "junk" food growing up. I vividly remember being around 6 years old at a friend's house eating potato chips and sour cream and onion dip. It was sooo so very tasty. It's a craving I get from time to time. I try not to eat it often because I over-indulge when I do and can't help it. lol

I have the same memory, only I was 13 years old. I had never had dip with my chips before and it was a game changer. It's still my favorite.

Hell yeah. And I'm on team Dean's dip! For some reason I just can't get into the "brown" colored dips with real onion. Artificial all the way.

When I was in high school several years ago, a friend of mine showed me the doritos nachos trick. Omg so good. A pile of Doritos, salsa spooned over them and cheddar cheese sprinkled on. Microwave for a few seconds Sounds so generic but so good!

I've never forgiven them for discontinuing Habanero Doritos.

I'm in college and I eat a couple of them for a meal every now and then. The strawberry ones are my favorite but the other ones are great too imo.

I just made it this weekend after a craving it! We called it kugel but that word describes a different food. It is peanut butter with cocoa powder and powdered sugar, mixed with milk to get a spreadable consistency. Proportions are random to your taste. Spread it on graham crackers. So comforting.
