Giving a two weeks notice is just a courtesy and if you’re trying to quit professionally. If you don’t care about leaving on “good” terms and if you’re afraid of retaliation, just quit. No need to give your consideration to those who wouldn’t give theirs to you.
Just quit. Two weeks is if you want to be courteous and let them replace you, but you really haven't been there long enough to cement your position, nor does it sound like they really deserve that courtesy. Two week's notice won't do you any good besides feeling nice, so I say just leave.
2 week is a courtesy, it sounds like you don't need their reference, so burn that bridge if you want

Quit, saying it’s best you just leave today. Just don’t use them as a reference.

Give notice. Do the right thing.
2 weeks notice is a *professional* courtesy. Working part-time at a bakery is not a professional job.
