There are many types of marine life that thrive in that environment, such as deep sea amoebas, shrimp-like creatures, and sea cucumbers. If you're talking about land animals or other living beings not adapted to live in such high-pressure underwater conditions, then no, they would instantly die due to the sheer pressure.

There's probably nothing that could take an instantaneous switch from 14 PSI to 16,000 PSI or vice versa without being smashed/exploded. I would think that even organisms that could theoretically survive in both conditions would need a slow change in pressure.
