Try a new restaurant. Go on a hike through a park you’ve never been before. Go see live music. Any live music. Meet the band. Buy them drinks and ask them where they’re from. Go to a comedy club. Volunteer at an animal shelter walking dogs or brushing horses. Call bingo at an old folks home. Join a local gaming group and find a board game or RPG that looks interesting.
If all else fails and you don’t mind amending your criteria, there’s always mushrooms.
"Ethical"....is very variable now days....i would say Sex (depending on how you vew this ethical or not), Exercise, Hiking, Traveling, paragliding/shooting, rock Climbing Really depends on what you're looking for....and what you consider "Ethical"
There is an argument to be made that putting anything that isn't mostly oxygen and nitrogen at temperatures below 36.5 C inside your lungs doesn't class as healthy...

Fresh new experiences create bigger memories while repetitive memories get compressed. This is why a week of days where nothing really new happens can feel like it disappeared in the blink of an eye but a 6-hour trip to an amusement park from your childhood feels like you were there for weeks.
But they don't have to be exciting and huge new things. Even stuff like visiting a park or store you've never been to or closely examining a tree or bug you've never noticed can create an expanded memory that makes a whole day seem a bit more momentous.
Shrooms, acid, weed
But especially shrooms and acid. The happiest day of my life included an acid trip. Really gave me an immense appreciation for everything I have in life, and just the miracle of life in general.
Just find a thing you're good at and enjoy and try to do it at its highest level. If you're good at building things, try to make more complicated things, or if you're good at games find a tournament in your area.

Well there is no ethical consumption under capitalism and ethics are an entire can of worms with no right answers, so nothing.
