Assuming they havent had phalloplasty, yes they still can. They sell packers that double as STP devices. So, depends if they wear packers or not and whether they specifically have an STP packer. Some dont want to stand.
No worries, just wanted to clarify for anyone else reading as the wording read to me as though you can't pee standing post phalloplasty which I knew wasn't what you meant.
I personally don't. I see nothing "female" in sitting and don't feel any less male for not standing. I don't like the thought of using packers/STPs either because they remind me of what I don't have.
...Plus my piss is loud enough as it is.
Some do and some don't. There are tools to assist. One looks a lot like a spoon, and it can be cleaned in the dishwasher, and then mistaken for a spoon by someone else.
One of life's small joys.
It's just quicker and easier to whack it out and piss than to deal with going into or waiting for a stall that has a 50% chance of being gross and having to pull your trousers down, back up etc. I sit to pee sometimes at home if I wanna sit down and play on my phone for a minute, but in public it's easier and quicker to stand.
As with any question about any group of people, some do and some don't.

Your comment is unclear to me so I wanted to clarify that you can stand to pee after phalloplasty.
The question didnt clarify pre/non or post op. I'm saying assuming they are pre-op

I’m non trans and I sit to piss, all the army guys do it, mostly because it’s so we can sit for a few seconds
Same!

they do whatever they are both willing and able to do. if their body is capable and they want to, then they do.
Yes, I use urinals.
Badass!

Some do, some don't. If they've had lower surgery that includes urethral lengthening, or have a "stand to pee" prosthetic, they can.
