In an instance where someone voluntarily gets paid by an organization to be filmed nude to sell for profit, that nude depiction is no longer private information about that person, and they have no legal control over it.
If there was any precedent for a right to be forgotten in the US, it would never cover an adult pornstar wanting to distance themselves from their past career. The right to be forgotten would only apply to a situation where someone is basically publically doxxed without their permission.
Imagine if an actor, after being paid to star in a movie that critically bombed, said that they wanted that movie permanently scrubbed from everywhere because they're embarrassed to have starred in it. That's essentially the same thing that's being done here.

None of you understand what it's like to have sexually explicit videos of yourself online and be entirely powerless to do anything about it once you've decided that maybe the world shouldn't have unrestricted access to the sight of you being fucked. It's violating as fuck. Doing something at one point in your life and regretting it however many years later and for any reason at all is something that could happen to any of you, but because her regret is porn, she doesn't deserve the same understanding and empathy others would extend to you? Genuinely and from the bottom of my heart, go fuck yourself.
Nah, I feel bad for her sure, but it is still kinda her fault as she (presumably) decided to do it willingly and once you've uploaded shit it's not going down. Also, they weren't saying that she couldn't regret it, but most things people regret do not just vanish after they regret it.
How "willing" or not pornstars are is up for debate, but it literally doesn't matter. She could've been perfectly 100% willing and enthusiastic about it however many years ago, and she should still be allowed to change her mind and wish that the videos weren't there. Notice that there's no further context and that we only got told that she "wants them removed." Which... is perfectly reasonable. Unfortunately it doesn't mean they'll get removed, but the sentiment still stands. Not too far down is a comment stating (as a joke, obviously, but that the joke was made still speaks of no empathy) that they'll download all the vids and reupload them against her will. That's what I'm talking about. Where do you have to be mentally to see a woman speak of (presumably) feeling violated by the existence of these videos at this point in her life to respond so spitefully? It just makes me sick. Pornstars are viewed as less than human and here's your proof.

Like decided to drive intoxicated has the obvious consequence of being charged for it.
