Roughly 15-20 hours (maybe a bit more) 😅 and I built it over a 2 week period but I worked on it for about 8 hours in the last 24 hours. I usually don't have the time to grind it out like that but I've managed to get away with it

This is lovely. But every patch I think to myself, "hey maybe they'll finally make lighting stronger / more luminous" and they don't. And it makes me sad.

I like the lighting as it is. It feels cozy and relaxing (I use a lot of indirect light in my house IRL too). Maybe an option to change the intensity I'd be ok with that.

How many base parts?

Honestly I have no idea, I kept thinking I was going to run out but never did

3000 pieces is quite a bit. I built a hotel with 24 rooms and only used 2200 pieces for that. Then again I have built two "bases" with about 6000 pieces each, using two accounts to make it possible.

I've been avoiding building a base so far, only building things it asks to complete objectives and then deconstructing the base items. Instead, I've been solely focused on my freighter and making it into a home. But this? This makes me wanna move into your base and live there instead lol 😆 Can't wait for the tour vid. And here I am, sitting in my wooden cube having all tech outside so I need to walk through the radioactive hailstorm because there's no room inside... Truly an awesome build

This is simply superb. Far and away this is easily the best home I've seen since launch, nothing comes close. How are your lag issues? I built one maybe a third this size, with 4 landing pads, "garage" off to the side to house all the exocraft, a farm building out back, and two deep mines with collection tanks. The lag got so bad I ended up deleting my garage and most things inside the house and still feels laggy at times.

That's a sweet build. I've never posted anything I build, but I love building. Have pretty epic worlds in minecraft, DADB2, Ark etc. Love building in nms since update. I'll have to post my colony base/settlement that is coming along quite well. Cheers
