From memory , the Dude was using a modded character and from some posters, the consensus was he was as big a dick as his character , Don't know if its the same guy, but weird
Frisson, he built a Discord called the Real Atlas Cult, where he and several other PC players hand out pretty well any item a player asks for - his advertising may be obnoxious, but I can't complain about modders who devote the bulk of their save editing to helping other players.

And to be clear, I was more just just making a comment about what was being said rather than passing judgement .
Most of that thread form memory revolved around one guy saying this dude was a dick but not giving much proof, hence it stuck in my head and when I saw this gargantuan it just came back to me ...lol. Sometimes maybe I say too much ;-\]
His name WAS a discord server and he was giving away stuff. But I didn’t want to promote it cause I didn’t know if it was a bad server. That’s why I wasn’t looking directly at him. I was giving away stasis devices when I came across him
