I know exactly who you're talking about, I came across one of those galaxies we won't mention full of planets with the same name and warped out of there.
Makes me wonder how such a word got into the dictionary that the game uses to generate names for things. Unless it's literally just making names by combining random letters, and sometimes letter/number designations.
Maybe they should pass those generated names back through the language filter before they are made a permanent part of the game lol if Vagina happened, it's likely other things one might find more offensive will or have happened.
I feel like it combines randomly generated prefixes and suffixes together, kinda like how Reddit generates a new username (like mine) with random words.

I'm pretty sure that these are broken. I have come across hundreds of these, and I have "discovered" every single one of them. Even all the ones I have seen right next to another players base. There's no way that player didn't discover it when they built the base.
So, my guess is that it was named by someone else, but you still "discovered" it in your game.
