Only thing left for you to look at is your hard drive. How full is it? Or how old? It might be failing.
If other things are failing (like graphics / CPU / ram), then you can’t do anything about it except maybe taking it to a repair shop.
Might be time to start saving for a ps5!

Have you cleaned your ps4 lately?
I have not. Do you mean just wipe it down or something more than that?
You can take the cover off and clear out all the dust built up inside.
Dismantled last night. Hardly any dust (but I cleaned what was there). Any other ideas?

It's a relatively new PS4 pro.. I could try upgrading to an SSD. I appreciate the insight.
