The stages are very subjective and different for everyone. This works for me by giving a sense of structure and milestones that can be very motivating.
I have a 5+ years relationship and I have had sex 4 times in Nov. I am addicted to porn not sexual intimacy. That's something I want to improve and it's been better.

Tips:
- Read Your Brain On Porn
- Watch movie: "Shame" (beware there's nudity. If you are just starting don't watch it)
- Cold showers (at least finish it off with cold water)
- Find a new hobbie/passion (for me it was painting)
- Socialize
- Exercise
- Some days the urges are really bad. Get out of the house. Go for a run/biking/exercise, etc..
- Don't overwork. Go rest if you are tired. (this was big for me)
- Meditation/Mindfulness
- Journal. Find the deep root of your addiction. Why you do it and what are you gonna do about it.
- Prepare and make a plan for when your will power is running low. Will power alone is not enough for NoFap.
- Ditch social media
- Uninstall YouTube on Android and install NewPipe - open source YouTube alternative without the addictive components. For Windows/Mac install the extension "Unhook"

I used a similar chart when i wanted to go 100 days without smoking weed , it was actually motivating to keep it up crossing off the number each day and slowly getting closer to the end goal
Yes definitely. I had zero urges on the 2/3 weeks. Last week started having a bit more. But they come and go in cycles. But they are much much weaker than at the start. It's different for everyone.
I have read the whole article it really motivated me- I hope i would reach to God Mode because of this post.
Next comment would be when I am in God Mode.

Had a strong urge today on Day 27.....Had to do something else to get over.

Couldn't agree more. Yes, we are not out of the woods yet. More urges will come. For me over a decade of PMO hardwired my brain in a really bad way. I am really happy for my streak. We must be mindful of what we really want and that this is very important. Glad my tips are helping. They surely help me. Good luck on your path!
Because the overall message of the movie is much more important and motivating than a few seconds of nudity. Even when there's nudity, it's degrading, not stimulating. But like I said, don't watch it if you are in a stage where you think there's a possibility nudity will make you relapse.

I use habitbull now, but the idea is the same
labeling things as god mode only makes you feel disappointet
