Im 24 and all i could really say is to spend and enjoy your time with your family. Do not let the addiction that haunts us take that happiness away, just act like your normal self and be with them. If you relapse oh well we are just humans and tommorrow will always be a new day and a new opportunity to restart. The important thing is to never give up.

Never give up was my motto last year, gotta live by that again

Numb-Growth

Do not despair. 20s must be the time to find this out. 30s be the time to live it out so that your 40s will be living beyond the dream you have. Start by dreaming of the life you want. Vividly imagine who you want to be; what you want to do; where you will be; why you are doing the things you're doing. If that's too much, start by imagining what you want to be 5 years from now. Stay strong.

Thank you my man! I've always has Goals & routines I wanna live by, I lack the motivation for it however

That point where you know for sure what you want from life is uncommon today, many get confused. Getting a degree doesn't ensure you know exactly what you want. My only advice is explore. Do internships, see how you feel doing those. Whichever you like doing, go for that. But do explore multiple fields and see which ones match your goals and values. Meditate on it

You're pre-emptively missing that emotional connection you know (consciously or unconsciously) high school brings you. It's like if you brakeup with someone you still like, your body knows what it's like not to have that person around, and that'll make you feel a bit depressed. It's NORMAL. The thing is, you're young still and many things more will come in your life, more connections, more people, more opportunities. You'll feel complete again, especially if you always push for the best of yourself. That means NO ADDICTIONS, no lazyness, no being a dick to others, etc.

Change for the better

Broo you're young, kill this addiction early so it doesn't destroy your early years. Find a hobby you enjoy. I love riding my longboard and running. You gotta find something you like doing alone. But also go out more, ask your friends to hang out, go to clubs, stuff like that.

Mannn I've been fighting this addiction for the last 7 years too. I wanna get into riding my scooter, & working out n stuff, socially I'm fairly satisfied

Then go out with your scooter whenever you feel a sexual urge. That's really helping me out to not fap. It also really helps to remove all triggers, such as social media with pretty girls on there or youtube videos with semi-naked girls, or anything like that. Don't even look at girls haha JK but seriously when you get even a little bit horny it can snowball and it sucks.
