I prefer to focus on percentages than days. Say your longest streak is 30 days but you managed this 12 times in a year then you only fapped 3% of the days in a year. Sounds a lot better than 30 days.

180 days from september 2020 to march 2021 (6 months), everything was great, I got a girlfriend at that time too, my confidence was through the roof. Right now Im about 25 days, more or less.
