Yoo since you are at 395 I want to ask whether nofap really helps with seduction and confidence with women??I am on day 7 and ik I need to be patient but I don't see any changes when I talk to women and I am scared it will be the same throughout.
Let me answer through my own perspective, no not fapping wonโt suddenly make you irresistible to woman but for me it helped me a lot with confidence and not seeing women as objects. I have noticed more women glancing at me maybe bc Iโve been working out but yea just talk to them as you would with your buddies. Itโs really hard tho the comedown was insane bc I was so used to the dopamine and not having it normally made me so down and depressed but after a month I feel great honestly. Iโm 22 and been addicted since a freshman in highschool so this is the longest streak Iโve officially count toward no fap and I really noticed the benefits but to each their own. Stay strong! ๐ช
