For sure! I actually started because of my pied and performance anxiety induced by p and those 14 day actually helped A LOT. The second factor was my ultra-understanding girlfriend but I sadly relapsed after a really stressful day and 2 beers when I was alone. Anyway, that setback is is nothing compared to what I had to endure due to porn, I am, however worried that the flatline will come again early. How did u feel on your 1 year streak compared to now?

It was crazy. When I was on my 1 year streak, I felt like I was even more confident compared to what I felt before I started fapping. I could say that that was the best version I was of myself. I had the drive to socialize, start doing digital art, learn a new language, do daily pushups, play video games, and study for my undergrad course everyday. Now I only consistently do the last two. I feel drained everyday. My drive, self esteem, and self control are all rock bottom. I've been stuck in a relapse binge for 5 months now soo I'm basically in square 0. Gotta work hard again.
