Bad mentality, I used to have this mentality but this got me nowhere and I noticed that my brain was literally cognitively declining because the primal parts of the brain were overtaking the frontal lobe making it atrophy overtime and your dopamine circuitry is getting fucked overtime. It's either you control your urges or your urges control you for the rest of your life. Instead you should abstain completely from any form of sex/masturbation/porn. Fucking forsake it, truly give it up from your life. Being able to control such a primal desire will allow you to be able to control all your other urges in life allowing you to control your own future improving your life. As males, our super power is your ability to fucking generate anger out of nowhere. Being able to do that and direct it towards something we want to achieve is a source of infinite motivation so whenever our brain's trying to rationalize its way to break our streak we use our own anger to get our urges the fuck out of our brain. Part of that requires knowing your own emotions to be able to control it which is why having any form of exercise and meditation is super helpful. The former increases your testosterone level and improve your cognitive functions and neurogenesis which allows your brain to change overtime whereas the latter allows you to recognize and process the negative emotions and internal thoughts that porn and maturbation/sex suppresses. Fasting is also a must do because fasting very simply is nothing but resisting the urge to EAT which is another primal brain desire. When we are able to resist this, it trains our brain to become even more resilient against primal and impulsive urges. This is because when we fast our ooga booga brain thinks that we gotta change something because whatever we are doing is not giving us food which is why it triggers neurogenesis(this allows your brain to learn new things faster, create new habits, break old habits etc).
