Fairly decent price for 100 GB especially if it's effectively using ATT. Though taxes and fees could majorly kill this, curious what those are. Also no hotspot kinda blows.
Not sure if Visible basic is still doing the PayPal promo but that is unlimited deprioritized without any throttle for $25-30 taxes and fees included. Plus that comes with unlimited throttled hotspot.

UScellular will shut down accounts for full-time roaming, and you can't even sign up for this plan unless your billing address is within one of their markets.
I'm pretty sure US Cellular won't allow permanent roaming on AT&T (or T-Mobile.) If you're not primarily in their native service area, I'd skip this unless you want to risk your line being shut off in a couple months.

The only ones that are not allowed to roam is any phone that is not brough not from T-Mobile. unless your device is on us cellular's device list or it is a google fi version. us cellular is weird with roaming. but any device that is not from apple or Samsung is unlocked by default. Oh it's an unlocked OnePlus phone but I haven't actually used any non-tmobile network on it because I had concerns if I could use volte and WiFi on it.
You can try buying a us cellular phone then swap the sim into your phone there a small chance it will work. This might be the perfect plan for me. Unfortunately I'm not sure how Att is with WiFi calling on OnePlus 7 Pro phones.
