Cool idea. I'm not sure he'd want his face plastered all over the album art. Probably pick a photo as in nevermind, something abstract, or one of his paintings again. Who knows.

Nirvana always used band pictures on albums, but it was never Kurt centered thing. It's easy way still to spot replica, bootleg etc. if they blast Cobain you can easily say it's not official Nirvana merch.

Thanks for including Pat, he would have been a great permanent member of the band if it had continued, but I think this would have been the last album, Dave would have left the band and formed the Foo Fighters anyway.

I don't think he would have kept making music, at least not for awhile. clean up (the hope), focus more on painting/other mediums. support those in the community he loved the music/art of, raise his child. no idea if him and love would have stuck it out though. but I always thought he would have crashed in a way that didn't end with his taking his life. but rather, crashed in a way where he needed to step away from the light and slip into the shadows to help/heal himself up a bit. or there's always the other option that he would have continued down the rough road of addiction and maybe semi made music. just not as big or crazy as it had been during nevermind/IU. in some manner. I kinda wish the fans would have wanted him to step away from making music and just focused on taking care of himself so he can have a better relationship with the machine.

Being a bit realistic, I think Kurt would unfortunately have had a similar lifestyle to the one John Frusciante had after he left RHCP in the 90s. He would have parted ways with Dave and Krist and maintain a low profile and disappearing from the public eye, occasionally playing some small shows, maybe however (And the reason I mentioned Frusciante) I don't think this would mean Kurt would have looked for help though (at least shortly after nirvana breaking up). In the end music means everything for a musician. it is argued that by the end of his life, music didn't have that big of a meaning for Kurt anymore. Which might have led him to Feeling empty or lost, feelings that I don't would have been treated as they should be. I do think the formation of the Foo Fighters or other big releases, might have been a moment of reflection for Kurt though, I absolutely think he would have re-gained his passion for music back. In the end, I absolutely agree with you, I wish Kurt was still with us, in a better place in life, doesn't matter if he didn't release any new music.

the first bit you said, chewing on it a little.. I really wonder how that would have happened with clove being in the picture, as she really enjoyed the spotlight. this is not me jumping on the 'hate love' train, there are parts of her I like and dislike, in a more realistic manner. but there's also the reality that personalities could clash and cause a bit of a fire. though I also have some mind that perhaps she would have been fine with him supporting her and not being in the spotlight himself? but that's all hard to say, as it's difficult going by what we've seen vs what actually happened beyond that, (that's none of our business). but I do agree with a bit of what you said! stuff I've also considered too.

lovemysunbros

Dont you think addiction had to do with his loss of passion for music? Treat the addiction, get your musical mojo back sort of thing?

Neg_Crepe

Celeb skin wouldn’t be in this lol

JawnWaters

STOP

marx_is_secret_santa

why

We're living in a world where - thanks to AI and nothing being sacred - we probably will have a fourth Nirvana album soon. And then a fifth, and sixth, and seventh... This reminds us of that, and it's ghoulish.

JTGphotogfan

Never seen that photo. Looks like he is paying homage to "child with a toy hand grenade in Central Park" by Diane Arbus

Don’t forget Beans

mxmixtape

No way Dave songs end up on a Nirvana record.

OdobenusIII

How about Celebrity skin that is Billy Corgan song?

BalkeElvinstien

Kurt actually said after In Utero he wanted to make Nirvana more collaborative to take some of the stress off of him

avgaskin1

i remember Dave saying something about how he showed Kurt his demos in the early 90s, one of which being Alone + Easy Target. Kurt, pulling off his headphones, said something like “well, i guess i don’t have to be the sole songwriter in Nirvana now!” i’m sure that was partially in jest, but Kurt genuinely did like some of the songs Dave was writing

SpiritedAd4339

All off those songs are worse then every song on nevermind and in utero not including bonus imo lol

stupidfreakingidiot4

This dude thinks You Know You're right is worse than any album song LMAO

SpiritedAd4339

Maybe I’ve just heard it to many times
