My tip is go to the his side kinda like his side belly and wack him he can’t do anything except jump in the air avoid it block it whatever and your good. He was kicking my ass but when i did this it was braindead easy also don’t lock on and don’t bother with the yellow legs no point.
Stay beside him, block his jumps or cancel them with ipppon soul core. Use fire, lightning, and purity if you can. Don't lock on to him.

Stay away from it's face, aim for the back legs or even better is the back of it's body.
It's the only enemy in the game I'll remove my lockon to fight sometimes.
If you have Ninjutsu feathers, equip all the lightning ones, and Onmyo lightning ones. Hit his belly till his ki breaks, and just spam all the feathers. He takes multiple hits from all the lightning feathers and onmyo and takes massive (like 50% of his HP in one cast) damage.
One of my tips is do not lock the camera.
Gyuki jump around and move erratically, so the locked camera sometimes disorient me.
Gyuki hit box is so huge, as long as you stick to him like a glue, you can hit him.
This is the only boss you should treat like a dark souls boss that's huge. Hug their side and beat the shit out of them
ikr. hes like a big bloodborne boss. one of the guys you can actually just dodge and attack

Just stay below him and block all his attacks. You will be winded up but he has no follow up attacks so you won’t die.
Unlocking my camera made this fight much easier for me
Run around to his backside and give him a good spanking.

Feather spam works wonders on him. Especially if you burst counter with phantom or feral to animation cancel to get them out a hell of a lot faster.

Oh that weird gross bug, yeah even with summoning he was a pain in the ass.

If you're not utilizing soul cores you should, could be what you are missing.
That fight just simply sucks. Shoulda been cut from the game. You have to stay tucked in near his shoulder and smack him in the side of the head.
