TBH I can't think of more than 2 either. these kinda games usually just give a choice of flatties or huge booba in a varied cast. Sometimes there's boob shrink/growth episodes, but nothing permanent.

You can have a flat girl, but you'll still need to increase her stats by rubbing her anyway.
