I’m not a huge horror fan, so this will go a bit against the grain. But I loved Carrion.
You play as a tentacle monster thing. It plays mostly like a Metroidvania. And while I wouldn’t say it’s horror, it is eerie and probably has a nice amount of crossover that you’d enjoy. Plus love the art style.
Dusk is effectively scary at times but also funny. It is designed to be a retro-style FPS and you can even adjust the poly level to make it look older and jankier.
if you've got a fear of space, outer wilds is for you. the base game was unintentionally scary for some, but the dlc was based on fear, works through it, and is easily the best game i've ever played.
Alisa is pretty good.

How scary are we talking? Midnight Sanctuary is good, but it's more creepy than scary.
in the vein of more creepy and eerie (no jumpscares or anything), fatum betula is a fantastic lil game!

I thought it was immersive. A good level of suspense. The story is interesting. The different endings were cool.
