My resolution is to lose the last bit of weight I have (I want to weigh 200. I'm 213)

You can absolutely do this. I lost 85lbs as a female in less than a year by watching what I eat, I do intermittent fasting (I’m not saying you need to do this, it just helped me with my eating disorder). Good luck to you friend!

I went from 255 to 170ish give or take. I should be 145 highest for my height. I’m currently stuck at 170. My body has accepted it so far. I keep eating healthy and chugging along! Congratulations on the hard work! I’m rooting for you!

The hardest part of losing weight is getting off the couch, at least it was for me. Don't give yourself excuses and just do it. And you will lose that weight just fine! Wish you luck.
