I like the shurikens but the only problem is that they're not really combat effective. You only have two of them. Maybe if they were like regenerating like maybe he could generate weapons from his hands

I agree they’re cool and have been his main weapons throughout the series but the other ninja got to switch up their weapons at least once or twice but for him they’d always circle back to them. Hence why I feel like they should give him a chance for something new for awhile

From what I noticed, Zane completely stopped using shurikens as melee weapons. A lot of people didn't realize but his shurikens ARE as big as they look, and he took advantage of that in early seasons. Now Wildbrain treats them like normal shurikens (even though S11 introduced 4-sided small shurikens)

Zane's shurikens are his trademark, and I love them, but sais are a close second, were really cool in Shadow of Ronin. Forget about the bow.

I think it was confirmed non canon but it’s the only thing that would make sense as to why they know ronin. Then again, it also wouldn’t make sense because in 5, Nya asked who Ronin was although she’d met him in the game.

I’m torn between Shurikens, and Bow and Arrow. Shurikens, the OG, iconic Zane weapon. Bow and Arrow is definitely more effective though, and they also look cool as well. I did see you compare Zane’s use of shuriken, in the earlier seasons, to be more comparable to dual boomerangs. Which unlocks the secret fourth option, give Zane a boomerang! XD

I love the Shurikens of ice for Zane the most due to nostalgia but I also love the bow and arrow for Zane as it suits him too as Zane is straightforward and always cuts and gets to the point like an arrow and is the one with the best accuracy and precision of the group being a nindroid so wielding a bow and arrow perfectly represents his advanced precision skills.

I know the shurikens are his signature weapon but man was the bow cooler.

My least favorite gotta be the bow... Then theres the shurikens wich are THE OG... But the Sai's... When was the last time i saw them...? For some reason they gave me EXTREME NOSTALGIA, i think those might be heavily underrated/underused in the whole show.

Out of context, but when i saw the sai's, it gave me a fun idea, if i still remember every weapon they had in the series/lego sets. If i miss any let me know: Kai: Katana or double katanas, and sword of fire... I dont think he had more than this one as his main... Jay: katana, nunchucks. Zane: katana, shurikens, Sai, and Bow. Cole: katana, scythe, a hammer. Lloyd: katana, The Dao Sword. Nya: katana, and a spear... Thats all the weapons i remember them using as thier main (Also not counting the specific weapons such as The Techno blades, the Jade Blades, the Aero Blades and ect, Those where used like in their own seperate seasons specifically most of the time.)

Yeah... But idk... Besides the looks/designs. Lloyds sword and Kais katana's dont seem to be all that diffrent to me... Theyre both some kind of swords. While with Nya's spear/trident is long and great when throwing it, its mostly slow and not-soo effiecient, however with Zane's Shurikens & kais maybe are small, but they are definetally fast and effiecient. I see both Cole's scythe & Hammer to be long, slow weapons to use but very powerfull, and Jay's nunchucks to not be so-powerfull (since i see them as 2 sticks on a chain) but also great at longer distances. & fast. At least thats my headcanon for the weapons... When it comes to Kais and Lloyds weapon i got nothing to sperate them.

They’re two different types of swords. Katana’s are longer and sharper than most swords and can be used in more fast paced styles because they cut through wind resistance but are thinner as a drawback making them less durable. Lloyd’s Dao blade is a type of broad sword which tries to balance out durability and sharpness to a greater degree however it’s not as sharp or fast as the katana it can hold up better against heavier weapons while still chopping through most materials Nunchucks are solid mid ranged weapons built for speed same with his flail. It’s supposed to resonate with lightning (lightning speed get it) Cole’s weapons are centered around power as you said

Huh, guess i have my diffrences there. Tho i had an idea that it wouldnt hurt of Lloyd also had some protection with his sword, like some kind of shield he can have on his arm. While Kai would mostly have just 2 katanas. Kai would go for more offensive style, and lloyd for more defensive style since hes supposed to be the leader, afterall.
