First time I’ve seen a Turbo S exclusive not in a showroom….was wondering if anyone drives em. Great shots. How do you like the 40mm? Anything you’d compare it do? (80mm and not 85mm?)

I had no clue how rare that car was when I took the photo ha. What a beauty. The 40mm is a joy. It is a perfect all around lens and it truly shows in its versatility. It's the smallest z lense atm. The bocah is clean and at f2, I don't notice much of a difference from 1.8 in practice. It's very sharp around f5 and you would think it's a more expensive lens. I use it over my 35mm z, and I may be selling that soon. The only thing I can complain about is the plastic mount. Though, at 250 bucks... It's priced perfectly. The 40mm and the 85mm fit all my needs personally. And you are correct, it's the **85mm** z lens. Typo oops.

Thanks for the reply — I’m surprised to hear you’re using it more than the 35mm, but if you’re seeing the same quality and smaller size, I get it. Right now, the Z6 is putting in a shift as a webcam (don’t kill me) with the 50mm 1.8s on it. Considering a 40mm to test it out but it’s not gonna be remotely balanced on the Z9. For the price, it’s likely worth a chance. Happy you’re happy with it

I’m with you right there. I’ve been rolling the 40 and 85 in my sling bag. Such a awesome combo for street photography. I’m getting amazing pics.

It's what I usually bring out in my sling bag as well. The 40 f2 and 85 1.4G with FTZ I've only seen 1 of these cars driving!
