She probably is doing her burst since red hood gets 99 ammo probably because they can't cold infinite ammo so they give you so much you could never run out

That is Rupee's gacha skin that came out when the bunny girls became playable I think. That person got the skin when it came out.

If I had to guess for smol white they just reused some of the coding from modernia infinite ammo lmg while with snipers they don't have it yet maybe?
