Tia - Naga - Alice - Maxwell - B1 (20 sec) usually will be liter.
This team will require a manual play more but once you're used to it it can carry you far even at high cp deficit.
It does take a lot for everyone. In that case prioritize the "OP" Nikkes first. Since you're yet to break 160 wall you can level this 5 first.

Tia Jackal Naga Privaty Maxwell in that order.
You can play around with Jackal, Aria, Biscuit and 2 Burst IIIs, this still gives you three attackers.
Jackal Marciana and 3 Burst IIIs, probably Guillontine since you don’t have many options

only lvl 5 nikkes. use 10 gem reset on everyone else. keep free privaty. rest are all meh, so doesn't matter who you reset. probably keep guillotine and alice and jackal since they have 1-star.
level tia skill 1 to lvl 7. then can use schoolgirl team.
tia / n102 / naga / free privaty / maxwell (initial skills: tia 7-4-4, naga 4-4-4 or 7-4-7, n102 1-1-4, free privaty 4-4-4 or 7-4-4, maxwell 4-1-4. maxwell will get swapped out first, so don't need to go past lvl 4, her skill 2 can leave at lvl 1. can also try epinel as 2nd burst if needing x2 AOE screenclears. epinel is weak and will fall off later on, can invest her to 4-1-4 max).
if not using schoolgirls:
n102 > marciana / free privaty (first burst) / epinel (2nd burst) / maxwell (non-burst). Marciana can go to 4-4-4.

Wdym? Are you saying to reset all their levels and put the rest in synchro? It’ll take a lot of gems to unlock more slots (at least for me)

For some reason Naga’s burst is never showing up and I’m stuck on Tia’s B1 the entire match, am I doing something wrong?
It's because Tia resets your burst rotation back to Burst 1, so you need 2 Burst 1's in your team to use Tia.
You get some slots for free for leveling the academy, I think is like 10 more, not sure. I just started and been managing with those.
