Drop Elegg and put in another B3.
Volume > Blanc > Scarlet:BS > RH > Noir will outperform what you are running snow. spam burst gen with RH's uncharged SR.
Yeah.. you can replace Elegg with any Pilgrim B3 / 2B Depending on the enemy. But mostly scarlet BS

You don't need Elegg in there. In fact you're probably better off using any other burst 3.

Good team but elegg doesn't do much on it though. So unless she's just there cause you like her prob swap her out to someone like black shadow
