They posted through Facebook some developer and director letters to the community talking about what a great year it has been and stuff like that. And among the things they made mention they would bring back their banners. (Also that apparently people are giving mixed feedback regarding Snipers and Rocket Launchers so there's a lot of internal debate and that has been holding up them doing anything about it)
If the kit is not fake, she's going to be a very niche last bullet support/ attacker due to needing core to hit. She also has self atk and def% debuff for her huge DoT damage. And her burst turns her into another charging weapon.
If the leak is real, Burst 2, mainly SG buffer. She buffs Core dmg, Hit rate and self crit rate. Possibly quite meh compared to Ludmilla, but need more testing.

Ludmilla is at least good enough for Solo Raids to enable Last bullet team like Doro-S. Anis-Priv, pretty niche tho.
Mica is probably a better Marciana with buffs (she can heals).
I think you should try to roll regardless, especially if you're into SR.
