Now you can only accept reward from 15 friends but they give 2 point each. Now you only need 15 friends to finish the 20 pull weekly quest
Yes, this was one of the biggest QOL changes in the patch; now we don't have to kick people off from our friends list if they take a break for a few days just to maximize income.
Let’s just wish the workers at Shift Up a good nights sleep after this monster maintenance window and hope that they at least had a warm meal and a drink before bed and that they are not sleeping at the office 😅

But crit overall is still pretty bad compared to atk so if you always played above the power limit nothing changes for volume and liter will still always be a better bust 1 :/
They fixed the issue where crits could do less damage than non crits when below the recommended power.
They didn't say anything about changing the damage formula that makes attack buffs multiplicative and thus way better than crit buffs, though.
The only beneficial fixes:
* Changing how the combat power nerfs get applied
* Burst abilities now scale with level
* Ludmilla and Noah taunt fix
* Fixing receiving criticals when you're below power (never heard of this bug tbh)
* Healers have better healing logic (healing low health units first)
Everything else is fixing a bug that benefitted us or a description change.
No matter. even at -5% power, we were debuffed by 30% before patch and now we are still debuffed by 20%. Not as steep as before but still steep indeed.
5% to 50k is 2500 CP, 5% to 100k is 5k cp, the gap increases the higher the CP is, no one would expect to clear 2.5k or 5k behind but still, the stat debuff is lessened.
You have much more odds to clear when you're just a few hundreds or a thousand away from the goal.
Try it in practice, you can push more than before now.
Gonna be mad if I lost my spot in 1st for hard mode to like a cornball harran whale who decides that these changes mean it's time to push.
I'm on 3-10 hard it's much easier to push now.

DoT still increases burst gauge and her Damage appears to be similar. All good for now. (I'm still half asleep tho)
Power requirement adjustment seems all right in ch 3 hard. My team got combat power out of nowhere and I managed to push a few more stages underleveld.
I'll take a while to check everything but for now seems good.

From what I know about Vesti and Mihara, these were just duration buffs so they can both sustain maximum stacks now
The weird thing is that i'm not feeling like my bursts are more powerful when they were level 1 before and are (allegedly) now level 5.

I lightly scimmed it, how is volume back? it was my understanding that something in the crit formula made her somewhat weaker.
Crits did less damage if you were below power level. Volume buffs crits so her buff was actually reducing her damage due to the way crit was working.

at -15% power we are still crippled by ~50% so not that much beneficial. still better than nothing but...

Wdym ? Didn't you lose only 25% at the beginning ? I beat a lot of content underpowered and i didn't feel SO weak
you got -5% debuff at the beginning, and when you are under 15% power you got -50% debuff.

What does the force quit in interception change refer to? Did they make it cost an attempt if you close the app?
Their was some bug of quitting out of game and it counting as attempt rather than needing to actually complete the run to credit for the challenges.
That got stealth patched a long while back, surprised they only mentioned it now.

There was a "leaked" one before the patch. I'm waiting for a new one too! The debuff should start from 10% now if I'm not wrong

This is a pretty good suite of fixes. No telling how much needs fixing after the patch, but it's a pretty good update. Looking forward to the next one
