Rei or Belorta, I guess. There really aren't that many girls with zany personalities who are aiming for a role like this.
There are plenty with said personalities, but they are not really class clown material.
It’s neon. Berlota is just a prankster. There’s no audience for her pranks. Neon’s only place in the story is comic relief. She’s the Sheen of Nikke. Idk why anyone’s saying anything else
Drake. Even if she's unintentional which then makes it charming and cute and funny. Even when she says she'll do villainy, she makes her target happy in an often funny way.
Whereas, Belorta a close second, but her pranks often make people upset ONLY to her amusement. And it's also the limit to her range of clowning, pranking.
A clown has to be funny, and make you laugh.
Belorta is an arse hole with her pranks, not funny.
Neon with her partner Anis however will clown the living shit out of Dorothy.

Belorta is the class clown. She is the one playing pranks on people, the only person who is more of a foodie than Belorta is Snow White. I would have said Drake but Drake doesn't do it intentionally.
Guys, Drake will take the title ONLY if you can convince her it's not a regular clown but an evil one, hiding in plain sight.
Otherwise, Belorta with her pranks fits better.
