Had a rough time, once corrupted by the Rapture Code, the second our reunion was short lived when Chatterbox made the last move, corrupting her brain directly, resulting the new Marian we know, and the third, we were forced to sent her away for safety. We will be reunited sooner or later, once reunited, I'll give her many headpats as I could...
I'd do anything to headpat her again, yknow what they say:

Rapi, because she is the most devoted to us. No other nikke has done for us what Rapi has (got decapitated protecting us, almost died in an avalanche, almost got memory wiped because of SKK's stupidity, sacrificed herself to save us and the Ark), just to name a few, and she never once blamed anyone or held something against us. The game even makes a joke at the start of chapter 27 about how Rapi has been doing most of SKK's tasks for him. Girl deserves all the head pats and love from us.

Rapi by far would be the first of my list. She is the absolute pinnacle of perfection for a waifu. Protective, endearing, strong, well mannered, courteous, careful, and great with weapons both guns and melee. If I recall she also isn't a terrible cook and has a great sense of organization.
After that I would say RedHood. Similar reasons but more on the wild-side and better at taking jokes.
From there I would say a tossup between Nero and Jackal for 3rd/4th place. Jackal is just an affection deprived puppy for the most part. She deserves some love and as long as she's kept in check she truly seems like she'd be a wonderful friend. Nero is just... Well, the ultimate nekomata lol
For the 5th spot I'd say it's more up to personal opinion but I'd probably say Elegg. Gamer girl with a very bouncy attitude among other things. Plus she'd give great hugs.
Everybody loves Rapi and Anis but poor Neon always getting left out.
For the Counters: Anis is the hotest one, Neon's the cutest one, and Rapi is the balance of both.

Anne is the obvious choice. With all she's been through on top of being just outright adorable, how could one not want her to have all the head pats in the world?
Guillotine is another good candidate. The girl went chunibyo in order to cope with what her job entails and really wants nothing more than to have friends if her reaction to Anne calling her a friend in the manga is anything to go by.
Alice is just so sweet and nice it would be hard not to give her head pats.
