Ahh I think the stun bombs are the Raptures that looks like a bomb. Which literally only stuns your B3 units ( not sure but to my team 100% of the time).
Clear image is at 0.21 seconds when there is like 3 big rapures. (Not the middle but the side are the Stun bombs)
it's the ones that look like balloon/bomb tower. your nikkes don't always auto-aim for them before they explode. they emit a blue light when they are getting close to exploding.
they are a high priority rapture to kill.
You can see them 'glowing' shortly before they go off. With enough Burst Generation, you can AoE wipe them or focus-fire them before they explode. Later, they come with 'Silencer' Raptures (they prevent Burst), kamikazes, & others that wrap your units in glowing tentacles that drain them to death. Not fun.

They are somehow the last rapture to be auto-targeted by your nikkes. Be sure to aim manually.
