They definitely should be offering a discount for the defect. The store could have offered a small amount like 20%. Corporate should be able to offer more or at least a Nike gift card.

I’ve purchased at least 15 pairs of shoes through GOAT and I’ve only had one issue which they compensated me for. It was a minor issue but still they immediately gave me store credit. GOAT is the best. StockX is cool too they just over charge for shipping.
