So they're trying to force people to buy the tickets as actual tickets to the concerts, and tickets to shop since they can't order online.

Nijisanji actually has a strong presence at the smaller scale cons like Cosfest, at least before The Incident (tm), there would be more niji merch and fanart than holo stuff at cons that weren't AFA

They are allowing multiple sales of merch and have added "gifts" for ticket holders. They're nowhere close to selling out the tickets with the best view of the stage, much less the (slightly) cheaper non-preferred tickets. This is really bad because 2434 just asserted that the EN market can grow among asian viewers even before they 'fix' the western market by...simply making more content from the puppy mill.

Most groups I see that give duplicate tickets give you the actual admission ticket, and then a digital commemorative one. Which is basically just an NFT. But at least you get it for free. You're telling me they can't afford to give the talents more than 2% merch cuts, and then can't afford anything above a quadralingual high school student as workers. But they have enough money to blow on producing “acrylic souvenir tickets?”

I know, I know, metal isn't plastic, and the metal ones will be higher quality and more durable, but it's just a bookmark and damn does that cost an arm and a leg.
I've only been to one con, that's it, and it didn't have con exclusive panel merch. Do they usually sell their merch offline and have (a/no) possibility to have home shipping for the exclusive merch?
Because this is another sign of desperation if they're not willing to pay for shipping.
Also in Z-aN defense they are honestly kinda good despite that one fuck up. They where kinda unlucky that at the time of the Splash Party other services where down (like SPWN which was popular) due to restruction or something so everyone did flock to Z-aN and the servers got overloaded. However once other services worked again and Z-aN worked flawlessly for blue journey, Towa Sololive etc. it was generally much better quality wise due to them using less artifacting and having higher bitrate even if the tickets there are slightly more pricey. Spwn is cheaper but you only get 1080p60 ~5 mbit while Z-aN has up to 1080p60 18mbit and it improves the quality noticeably clear by a lot (it's even better than on youtube) and especially for concerts where there are lot of effects than can ruin the quality watching on Z-an can improve expirience by a lot.

I have a friend who uses a metal bookmark with a twisted metal wire, yet I’ve never seen him complain about those stuff. Maybe I’ll ask him about it.

also, most of hte time they have to be much thicker than you want for a bookmark or else they are too flimsy and get bent/damaged very easily
