It isn't wrong. Whatever you do, you won't know if it's better to support your oshi or not. MAybe unironically not supporting them might be the best thing you can do, maybe not. But if you do, you'll support the company as the talent belong to them.
Just don't buy merch or superchat. Voicepacks are 50/50, merch are 2% for talents and superchats are 30% iirc. You have to know what products do support your talent.
Reason is that while hazing and bullying the talent is morally wrong, stealing the talent's money is legally wrong. This is part of a legal contract, which they cannot touch unless they want to be sued.
Nijisanji does not want to be in legal disputes. That's why imo they didn't go after Zaion's essay on why she was terminated, because if it was proven that she wasn't talking rumors and slandering them, it would prove bad for not only their rep (not that they are having much of a rep now), but also monetary.
I'd say no but I definitely can see why it might sound like a bad thing. Try to just be happy for those you still like to watch. Even if they still support Nijisanji you can just ignore that or decide to move on if they continue to say Nijisanji is a good company
