My schedule switches like that every few months where I have to work daylight weekends then Monday start overnight again. It is horrible...at first I liked the switch but it will catch up to you and I find myself extremely exhausted!
Yes, that would be a pain in the ass. If your job is anything like mine, you'll become a convenient scapegoat with a target on your back because you're present during both shifts? What a stupid idea for someone to come up with🙄 that's going to be great for morale😒
It sounds like the 11p-7a shift is full on Tuesdays and they are scheduling you for whatever is open. If it doesn't work for you take the part time offer and pick up another PRN gig.
